Being with the 3 Tides

This seminar is offered by Resonance Trainings Ltd, and is the preliminary step to the practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. This method arises from the work of osteopath William Sutherland. It uses the gentle palpation of subtle motions which are expressed throughout the body, to facilitate profound changes at all levels of being and experience.

The 3 Tides are examples of these inherent body movements and can be used to help both practitioner and client gain awareness, understanding and healing at a number of levels: within the tissues; whole body vitality and expression; and of the whole person in relationship to their environment.

Aims of this seminar :
a)To explore and enhance participants  relational skills using subtle energetic processes to bring an increased awareness of the importance of :
i)boundaries, and meeting  the client
ii) contact, both through touch and the felt sense of the spatial field around us
b)To develop extremely fine palpation skills which will permit an awareness of the subtle motions expressed in the bones, tissues and fluids of the body.
c) To develop different perceptual states enabling a discernment of the presence and efficacy of the 3 Tides, both as practitioner and also through personal experience.
d) To experience, both as practitioner and client, how stillness can heal.

IT IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE WISHING TO UNDERTAKE A PRACTITIONER TRAINING IN CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY WITH RESONANCE TRAININGS.
