An Introduction to Reflexology

Further details of the full vocational training starting early 2009 will be available during this day.

The Introductory day will have a largely hands-on format, but there will also be some theory.

This will help you to understand why reflexology can be so helpful for many conditions and at the same time wonderful to receive.

You do not need to have any prior experience of reflexology to be able to fully enjoy this special day.

Colour handouts will be provided.

Sam has been a reflexology practitioner for many years and has taught reflexology for over four years.

Past participants of his courses have commented that they are great fun and very healing in themselves.

This day will focus on foot reflexology. The skills to give a session are already at your fingertips.

Your healing ability will be developed throughout the day through touch, intuition and feedback techniques.

Simple meditation and self-awareness skills will form part of the day.
