Therapeutic Massage Training Practitioner training. 11 weekends over 15months. Next training begins early 2011.

Massage Skills Focus Days £60/£55 per day. On each of these days a different topic is covered introducing appropriate advanced techniques, anatomy & physiology and pathology. These days are facilitated by Sheila Kean and Martin Taylor unless otherwise indicated.

Open to massage practitioners, aromatherapists and sports massage practioners

Date to be arranged THE PELVIS - Seat of Wisdom with Sue Johns.

This day will enable a deeper understanding of both your own, and clients' pelvises. Anatomy, bio-mechanics, energetics and practical work are included..

INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE Regular introductory seminars throughout the year - with Sheila Kean and Martin Taylor. You will learn how to give a relaxing massage. All welcome, no experience needed.

HANDS FREE MASSAGE 27th/28th March 2010 with Darien Pritchard. This course is designed to address the problems that practitioners can experience of overusing and straining their wrists, fingers and thumbs while using firm or deep massage techniques

FIRST AID (APPOINTED PERSON LEVEL) 22nd/23rd May 2010 with Alex Brazkiewicz. First Aid with a difference! A lively, interactive day geared towards complementary therapists

THE LOWER BACK with Sheila Kean & Martin Taylor In this seminar we look closely at problems and conditions of the lower back, helping participants consolidate their existing skills and understanding, develop new techniques and extend their knowledge.

NECK and SHOULDERS with Sheila Kean and Martin Taylor. Learn techniques to skilfully address problems specific to these areas.

RHYTHMMOBILITY with Darien Pritchard This course covers rhythmic and vibrational techniques that can be used to do an integrated full body treatment, or blended into a massage session, with the aim of helping clients to rediscover forgotten possibilities of movement.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE with Eileen Ford-Price. Learn a simple whole body sequence which can either be used on its own or combined within an existing practice.
