If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, or if you wish to review or renew your first aid qualification, then come and join Alex in this lively, interactive course.

Alex is a paramedic and an acupuncturist, specialising in teaching First Aid courses.

As well as gaining the confidence to help in emergency situations, you will be guaranteed a weekend of fun!

Children over 12 are welcome and discounts given for families.
